Our leasing process is an easy and quick 3 steps process:

1. Call us. Tell Texas Apt Hunters your requirements, locations, budgets, # of bedroom(s)/bath(s), amenities, views, floor level, lifestyle, pet(s) and or schools etc... 

2. We narrow the search. Based on your criteria, our agents will narrow the search catering to your needs and wants, sends you the recommended list of the most desirable apartments that suits you for you to choose from.   We will then contact the leasing office to get availabilities and pricings for your move-in date and schedule appointments for you to tour.  At Texas Apt Hunters... we take care of all the details and do all the legwork for you, so you wouldn't have to! 

3. When touring the properties, please be sure to identify and register, Texas Apt Hunters, on visitor card and on the lease application as your Referral Source. “How you found out about the Property"

How it Work

Here’s how the process works. First, we will get to know you, assess your wants and needs that match your budget, preferences, and taste.  Then we will personalize the results with a combination of price, location, and amenities. Blending to your taste we’ll provide you with a variety of choices via a list of apartments that best suits your preferences. We’ll then help you figure out which listings are best to visit and eventually lease. Showing you up-to-date pricing availability and rent specials. All while coordinating with the leasing agents for your selected property(s) and getting you into the home you’ll love! 

Once you contact us, one of our representatives will call you. We will:

• help assess your needs and wants, do the research, mixing and matching your desired location, price, and amenities, and send you a list of apartments that matches your needs and desires for you to select from.
• then coordinate and schedule with the leasing personnel for your tour. Please be sure to put our name and Texas Apt Hunters on your Guess Card and your lease application as your referring locator. This will help us pays you your Rebate Reward.
• Once you have toured all the preferred homes on your list and selected an apartment home to make it your own, you will fill out an application and submit all the necessary information required by the apartment management company.  Again, please put our company’s name, Texas Apt Hunters, and the agent’s name on your lease application once you decide on your desired apartment selection.
• Once approved, you are ready to move in! And this is where we say congratulations!!

So, as you can see, your ONLY job is to select the apartments from the list we send you, tour those apartments and submit an application on your favorite choice. 

We will do all the leg work for you at NO COST to you, and REWARD you for working with us for up to $500.00!! How cool is that? 

Our Apartments listings are updated daily, so we are always current on our listing! We will also post all the SPECIALS and DISCOUNTS available to you on our website from apartments throughout the Greater Houston and Dallas Metropolitan areas!

REBATE REWARDS!

Receive up to $500.00 when you work with Texas Apt Hunters!  We reward you for being our clients, and our service is FREE to you.  Here’s the breakdown as to how it works: 

Lease term must be 12 months or more.

• Rent amount must be at a minimum of $850 and up.
• When you sign the Guest Card at the apartment location of choice, Write “Texas Apt Hunters” on the guest card when you initially visit the property for a tour, AND when you fill out the rental application in the section as your “referral source/locator” upon making that apartment your home.
• Provide a valid mailing address when you go to register online for reward payment request online.
• Your apartment locator rebate check will be mailed within 5 business days after Texas Apt Hunters receives payment from the apartment you’ve leased from. 
• You must report your lease by going to the link provided above within 90 days of moving into your new apartment, or you will be ineligible to receive a rebate.

Please note: Rebates take 30-90 days to process from the date of your move-in. Texas Apt Hunters pays rebates promptly once commission is received.
